Anti-Bribery Statement

The Bribery Act 2010 was enacted to more effectively tackle bribery, it is defined as the act of offering someone a financial or other advantage to improperly influence their duties or to reward them for such improper conduct.

At Partnering for Purpose CIC, our goal is to deliver exemplary service, ensuring integrity and accountability in all our activities. We are resolute in protecting both ourselves and the public from fraud, bribery, and corruption.

To this end, we are committed to implementing and upholding robust policies for the prevention and detection of these unethical practices. Our Anti-Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption Policy applies to all staff, as well as individuals and organisations acting on our behalf or partnering with us.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for offences related to fraud, bribery, and corruption. We rigorously investigate any suspected acts of fraud, bribery, corruption, misappropriation, or irregularity and will take comprehensive and appropriate action against any instances of wrongdoing.
