We’ve made it our mission to provide appropriate and affordable support for organisations of all shapes and sizes. We work with any socially-purposed organisation, including registered charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), and social enterprises.

New Organisation
Perfect for start-ups and newly established organisations finding their feet.
Income Under £250k
Tailored support for growing organisations with developing capacity.
Income £250k–£500k
Strategic support for established organisations ready to scale their impact.
Income £500k–£1m
Comprehensive guidance for substantial organisations with complex needs.
Income £1m–£10m
Expert consultancy for larger organisations with significant operational demands.
Income Over £10m
Bespoke solutions for major organisations requiring specialist expertise.
Alternative Option: Pay As You Can Afford (PAYCA)
For organisations where our standard day rates would make support inaccessible, we can also consider charging on a Pay As You Can Afford basis.
Minimum contribution: £20 per hour for those who genuinely need this option
If you can afford more: Please consider contributing what you can comfortably manage, up to £60 per hour
Being true to your financial position allows us to support those who are less financially secure. What you can afford at any one time may change, as can the amount you pay each time. We’ll agree the hourly rate in advance and issue appropriate invoices. We trust people to acknowledge our time, experience, and training.
Pro Bono Support: When Funding Allows
As a socially trading organisation, we understand the increasing challenges facing third sector funding. The traditional charity model is evolving, and we’re evolving with it.
Free Support Through Secured Funding
Where we’re able to secure funding for our services, we will always endeavour to provide our support completely free of charge. This might include grant-funded programmes, partnership initiatives, or commissioned work that enables us to extend free support to qualifying organisations.
Complimentary Learning Opportunities
We regularly offer free places on our webinars, workshops, and courses. These opportunities are particularly valuable for smaller organisations looking to build capacity without stretching their budgets.
Signposting to Other Pro Bono Providers
Whilst we can connect you with other organisations offering pro-bono consultancy, there’s an important distinction to consider. Many consultants provide excellent strategic advice, but our unique strength lies in getting our hands dirty with you at every stage of your project. We don’t just tell you what to do—we roll up our sleeves and work alongside you to make it happen.
